Quantities of delivered products
The quantities of pallet order will be different of each product as they usually come in 0.6.l., 1l., 3l., 5l. and 10l. containers and they are packed differently.
1liter container – 12 containers in the box, pallet order 600 containers
0,6 liter container – 12 containers in the box, pallet order 420 containers
10 liter container – pallet order 60 containers
5 liter – pallet order 114 containers
3 liter container – 4 containers in the box, pallet order 128 containers
Delivery times
Delivery time may vary depending on the quantity of goods ordered and its availability. Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.30pm specific delivery times and Saturday deliveries are available but additional charges apply please email or phone us for a quote if you require these services.
Delivery Cost
Shipping costs are included in our products’ prices for delivery within UK Mainland for orders of pallet and above; shipping outside UK Mainland may incur additional charges. We use our reliable couriers and are able to deliver to your door step any quantity of products.
We will always try and send your goods in the most economical and safest way for you.
Failed deliveries
We use a courier service for the majority of our dispatches. If collection is not made the goods will be returned to us at a charge (usually £300 per pallet) that will be passed on to you. Keeping the above in mind please do not arrange delivery to a location where you will not be able to accept it.
Carriage of Liquids
We accept pallet delivery only, we therefore, accept orders of one pallet and above. Number of pallets are almost unlimited. However, order needs include full pallets (as per above number of containers. This is due to the fragile nature of the liquids and the majority of couriers not offering compensation on damages to them. Therefore, if you would like pallet delivery of liquids please view our pallet rates guide for the price of a pallet delivery to your postcode and if acceptable add to the notes during checkout ‘Pallet Delivery’. We regret that we cannot accept any order of less than a pallet quantity, but this is due to the fragile nature of the liquids, safety of transportation of such products and insurance of these deliveries.
Out of Stock Items and Back Orders
We always aim to keep our website up to date. At busy times several customers may place orders for the same item causing them to go out of stock. Orders that contain products that are out of stock at the time of order (and not due back in stock within the coming seven days), will be sent out without those items. We do not hold ‘back orders’. Articles out of stock (if still required) will have to be re-ordered at a later date. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. DELIVERY WARNING NOTE

Due to the coronavirus pandemic spreading across the world and unforeseeable decisions of different governments and businesses, your delivery may be delayed. We will confirm the product’s availability and the date of your delivery. We also, receive rights of cancelling your order. In such a circumstances your funds paid to us will be refunded. We receive rights of suspending and/or amending section 27 of our terms and conditions.
